Individual Visits

At UMC, we customize your campus visit to give you the best feel for campus life.  You’ll experience the one-on-one attention our students receive from the moment you walk in the door.

During your campus visit at UMC, you will….

• Meet with an Admissions Counselor

Review the admissions process, learn about scholarship opportunities, and discover the advantages of an education from UMC!

• Tour campus with a current student

Receive a personal tour while getting the inside scoop from a student’s perspective!

• Sit down with a professor in your area of interest

Learn about the curriculum, discover internship opportunities, and discuss job opportunities for current graduates!

*Additional campus tour options such as speaking with a Financial Aid Officer or meeting with an athletic coach.  If you have special requests, please indicate them when you schedule your visit.

• 9:45 - 10:00 am: Check-in
• 10:00 - 10:45 am: Welcome and Admissions Presentation
• 10:45 - 11: 15 am: Academic Sessions
• 11:15 - 12: 15 pm: Lunch on Campus
• 12:15 - 1:15 pm: Campus Tours

* Schedule: Preview Day - September 27, 2008 (Homecoming)

• 8:00 am: Check-in
• 8:30 am: Campus Tours
• 9:30 am: Admissions Presentation
• 10:00 am: Academic Sessions
• 10:30 am: Homecoming Parade
• 11:00 am: Naming of Student Center and Homecoming Tailgate
• 1:00 pm: Game Kick Off

 

 

Campus Camp-in
Experience all the same great benefits of a Campus Preview Day, but stay overnight and get a great taste of campus life such as attending sporting events, open-mic nights, comedians, billiards, foosball, or more!
